Last night I went to bed at a reasonable hour. Nothing special/sad or anything happened through the day. Had a great week end.
I dream a lot. Not always knowing or remembering what they are about. In this dream last night, I remember being held down, or pulled down, like in water. But not drowning. I know I called out. Like a scream, ( I can’t scream) I woke, there standing in my door way...

Just to say I'm thinking of you all over there in Australia with this dreadful fire.......thanks for replying to my text so quickly Mac.........love and hugs, but filled with saddness for all who have lost their lives......
